These are a few of my favorite things

I am madly bored at work and have decided to take a break from solving Logic Questions.
It has come to my attention that I wrote a blog titled "List of Hate".
Geez, how anti-life is that?
Let's counteract that feeling and have a list of Favs, shall we?

Color: Pink. Not the Pepto looking Pink or the hospital vomit, put your soiled items in here Pink. More like the lightest Pink possible, almost fading into White Pink. I also like the brightest, tackiest, I'm going to blind you and make you feel like your in the 1980's again Pink.

Number: 5. Don't really know why my fav number is five. It's not the date of any significant moment in my life. Maybe it's because it's the easiest number to communicate. All you have to do is open your hand up when someone asks you a question and the answer is 5. You only need one hand and you don't need to figure out how many fingers to put down. It's a good number of vacation day you need. It's always fun to High Five people. The Jackson 5 was a really good group. I would like to have 5 children one day.

Flower: Calla Lilly. I do not have a green thumb so I have no idea what different flowers and plants are out there in the world. All I know is that my Grandma used to grow Calla Lillys in our yard and they were the prettiest things. When I was a child I used to always scrap the white stuff on the orange part of the flower. I'm guessing that stuff is pollin. I still don't know what it is. All I know is that everytime I see a Calla Lilly I am brought back to a time in my life where I felt shelter. I didn't have a care in the world and all I did was run and play around the neighborhood.

Food: Mom's Chicken Adobo. It has to be my Mom's Chicken Adobo. I've never had Adobo as good as her's. Of course it's bias but it's the truth. I will rightfully admit to whoever makes the Chicken Adobo that beats my Mother's that they have the best Chicken Adobo in the world but as of today, my Mom's is the best.

Dessert: Red Velvet Cupcakes from Sprinkles and Ice Cream (not together though). I've had a variety of Red Velvet Cupcakes and I still believe that Sprinkles has the best ones, although they have a sugar overload that is sure to give you a cavity.

Ice Cream Flavor: Sweet Cream & Cookies, Coffee Coffee Buzz Buzz Buzz and Pistachio Pistachio (I couldn't just pick one). Those are flavors from Ben & Jerry's but my prefered brand of Ice Cream is Haggen Daz then a close second would be Ben & Jerry's.

Beverage: Arnold Palmer. That half lemonaide, half iced tea mix is so refreshing. Nothing beats that, especially in a glass full of ice.

Alcoholic Beverage: Kai Lychee Vodka with 7up. That Vodka isn't available everywhere so my alternative would be Hen & Coke, which used to be my fav until the discovery of Kai (Thanks roomie)!

Place: La Jolla Shores. I love being here. This is where I started boogie boarding. This is where I got caught in a Rip Tide and had to be rescued. This is where I used to go to just sit and listen to the waves. Sometimes I'd go there to think or not think at all.

Passtime: Watching TV/Movies, writing, singing and sleeping. I wish I could put: working out, sports and doing outdoor crap but let's face it, NO. If I had to choose between playing Volleyball and sleeping, I'd choose the latter.

Store: Nordstrom. This store has the best marketing campaign. Everytime I step into a Nordie's I feel so glam. I never feel like I don't belong in the store or I don't have enough money to be in it, I just feel happy looking at all the nice things.

Restaurant: Olive Garden. The food isn't the best but the Sangria is. Olive Garden is another place where I have fond memories. I dine where with a couple of my bests. Good times, always.
